Along with the Arem book, it's a good source for people who are diagnosed with hypothyroidism and find out that it's not simple to treat. It has information on using alternative medicine along with conventional treatment.
Thyroid Power by Richard Shames, MD, and Karilee Halo Shames, RN, PhD (2001).
